Through the Pathway Partnership Planning Grant, MCAN aims to support cross-sector community teams to lead the charge in their community to connect historically fragmented systems and dismantle the false dichotomy between college and career.

The Reconnect Expansion Outreach Campaign Grant opportunity is aimed at increasing the enrollment of adult learners age 21-24 in community colleges given the state’s recent expansion of eligibility for Michigan Reconnect. The funding opportunity is open to community-based organizations whose primary focus is on serving individuals and families of color and/or low-income communities within community college districts. Organizations do not need to have an education focus as their primary mission in order to be eligible.

MCAN is seeking high schools that are interested in showcasing their exemplary postsecondary practices while collaborating and networking with other schools across Michigan.

Innovative Program Grants fund programming that increases college readiness, enrollment, and completion in communities across the state through grants of up to $10,000.

Michigan College Access Network offers grant opportunities to build up Local College Access Networks (LCANs) that put college in reach for more Michigan youth. MCAN has created a series of LCAN grant opportunities.
