The Executive Director will oversee the Detroit Promise Program, ensuring its growth, sustainability, and impact. They will be responsible for implementing strategic initiatives, building key partnerships, managing program operations, and leading outreach efforts to engage students, families, and the community. Reporting to the DPZA Board, the Executive Director will serve as the public face of the organization, advocating for educational policies and fostering collaboration among schools, funders, and community organizations.
