Responsible for advising Early Middle College students and supporting their transition into college by fostering essential soft skills for academic and career success. Monitors and tracks student progress, collaborates with local schools on Educational Development Plans (EDPs) and recruitment efforts, and collects and analyzes data to inform program decisions. Serves as a liaison between high schools and college, while actively promoting, developing, and sustaining the Early College Allegan County program, including coordination of the summer College Success Class.
