This role will lead the delivery and refinement of the Summer STEP summer melt coaching program, lead Postsecondary Student Advisory Fellowship by strengthening recruitment pipelines, advance an intergenerational engagement strategy for multigenerational engagement and community outreach, and
collaborate closely with the TalentEd community engagement team and Chamber's communication team to develop social media strategies.
