Personal Curriculum: Know Your Options to Modify the Michigan Graduation Requirements

The Personal Curriculum is a process to modify specific Michigan Merit Curriculum credit requirements and content expectations based on the individual learning needs of a student as well as their post-school goals. It is designed to serve students who want to accelerate or go beyond MMC requirements and students who need to individualize credit requirements to meet MMC and receive a diploma. Several scenarios or case studies will be laid out for participants and there will be time for dialogue around the PC process based on those scenarios.

Hosting a Successful Application Campaign for Michigan College Month

In this session, MCAN staff will cover updates regarding the 25-26 FAFSA and what you can do to be ready for the FAFSA opening on Dec. 1. This webinar will include Allison Jordan from Merrill Community Schools, who will share their promising practices for FAFSA completion from the last FAFSA cycle and how you can implement them at your school.
