Thrive Scholars 101: Helping Michigan Juniors prepare to Thrive at Top Colleges and Career
11 a.m.-noon
CaVar D. Palmer Reid, Ph.D., Managing Director of High School & College Programs, Thrive Scholars

For more than 20 years, Thrive Scholars has been providing high-achieving, low-income students from under-resourced communities the opportunities they need to thrive at top colleges and in meaningful careers, all at no cost to the students! Throughout their journey with Thrive, scholars will have their own college access manager, college success manager and individualized career coaching, so we can empower underrepresented students to achieve their full potential. In this webinar we will cover our mission, model, and impact. We'll also cover the application process for current 11th grade scholars. In the meantime, if you have identified students at your school that could be a good fit for our program, you can:

1) Share our flyer and website with your students.
2) Encourage students to attend a Thrive Info Session to learn more!
